Well no problem! You can return unworn items within 14 days free of charge*. If it doesn't fit, we'll exchange it: Furthermore, we offer you a simple and automated size exchange.
*For returns outside of Germany, Austria or the Netherlands, Pegador® does not cover return shipping costs.

We make returns easier

We've got rid of paper return documents. The following link and button will take you to our returns portal, where you can use your order number and email to process your return & exchange online.

Two refund options: Refund or store credit

When you make your return through the returns portal, you have the choice of receiving a refund of your payment via the original payment method or a store credit with an additional 10% bonus on the total amount. If you have chosen the store credit option, you will receive an email with more information about your store credit after registering the return.

Our return policy

Please make sure that all returned items are in their original condition and are sent back to us in the original packaging, including the label.

As soon as we have received your return, you will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of the return. After checking the return, the corresponding amount will be refunded - according to the payment method you chose when making the purchase. The process and refund can take up to 10 business days. Returns outside Germany, Austria, Belgium, France and the Netherlands

You can also register returns outside these countries in our returns portal. We do not provide you with a return label for the return. Please note that the shipping costs for the return from abroad need to be paid by yourself.*
